The correction came just 10 minutes later, with all candles closing below key resistance levels. Right now, the picture isn’t entirely clear—but I’m still in from the bottom while holding some cash on the side.

I decided to increase my cash position slightly. Why? I don’t trust “dead cat bounces” on Fridays, especially with the weekend approaching and reduced market support, which increases the risk of sharp corrections.

Currently, I’ve opened shorts on both Bitcoin and Ethereum near the local tops—entered with zero drawdown, and my stop-loss is now set at entry. Just watching for now

What’s Next for the Market?

A daily close below $109,967 on Bitcoin would be bearish and could trigger one of these three scenarios:

1⃣ Deeper Weekend Drop:
Bitcoin could sell off over the weekend, using the weak liquidity to sweep the previous low at $107,270.
Key zone: $105,130 – $106,250.
Losing this range opens the door to a move into the $90K region.

2⃣ Altcoin Relief, BTC Sideways:
BTC remains below $109,967 into Monday, while altcoins get a small relief bounce after their steep pullbacks from the September highs.

3⃣ Weekend Breakout (Worst Case):
BTC breaks above $109,967 over the weekend.
This is the least favorable setup in my opinion—weekend breakouts often fail and tend to leave behind gaps, which have all been filled in the past 4 months

Staying cautious here. Watching how the daily close plays out and how the market handles key levels over the weekend.
