Thailand's SEC has finalized its regulatory framework for crypto ETFs.
Starting October 16:
โฟ $BTC
โฆ๏ธ $ETH
can be used as the underlying assets for locally listed crypto ETFs.
And there's an important requirement:
๐ Crypto ETFs must maintain at least 80% average net exposure to the underlying crypto asset.
They also need regulated custody arrangements and additional investor-protection measures.
Why is this important?
Crypto adoption isn't just about people buying coins directly anymore.
