In the last 16 hours, Bitcoin bounced by 1.5% to 82994.4, confirming some recovery after the prior leg down but so far finding sellers with every rally attempt. The move lifted four-hour momentum sharply, with RSI rising from 21.9 to 45.1 in a day, but price remains below both the 20-period and 50-period moving averages, and is still 5.0% off its swing high. Unless Bitcoin reclaims the fast average at 83436.13, this is a relief bid inside an ongoing downtrend.

Ethereum also added 1.0% over 16 hours, reaching 2494.88, but cannot escape the same structure. Price sits near the lower fifth of its twenty-day range and remains well under both moving averages. RSI pushed off severe lows, up from 14.5 to 32.5, but that just brings it back from oversold rather than into strength. Unless ETH gets above the 20-period average at 2567.33, it is still holding its downside bias. Not financial advice.
