*BUT bullish under the hood:*
- Ethereum just tested *200M gas limit on Sepolia* yesterday for Glamsterdam upgrade. That's 5x current capacity. Means 10K+ TPS incoming.
- Binance users withdrew $499M ETH in Sept (moving to self-custody/staking, not selling).
- ETH/BTC ratio at historic low - reversal setup.
