Through a new partnership with Optimism and @Securitize, KB Securities is preparing to launch tokenized financial products on the OP Mainnet. As a division of the largest bank in Korea, this exciting move represents the very first time the most prominent institution in Korean finance is transitioning into the onchain space. To kick things off, a tokenized bond is currently being developed. Once that is complete, the focus will shift toward offering equities and several other financial instruments in the future.
