That tells me this isn’t just about AI hype anymore. Companies are spending heavily on GPUs, data centers, networking, power and computing capacity because AI is becoming part of real business operations.
But there’s a catch.
The higher AI stocks go, the more the market will demand actual earnings and sustainable returns. If AI spending slows, valuations could face pressure.
