๐Ÿ“ˆ $BTC 85,270 (+4.5%): 82.6K flipped support, 89.3K is next
Level Watch: September 22nd, 2026 (Tuesday)

BTC cleared 82,597, the 61.8% retracement of this year's drop, in Monday's rally and printed a fresh high at 87,396 before pulling back. That old resistance line is now the first thing holding this morning's dip.

My take: a break like this usually gets crowded with leverage fast, but funding is only around 10% annualized and accounts are barely net short, so the run to 87.4K doesn't look like a squeeze. That is a healthier setup than most V-shaped pops. What would change my mind: funding spiking well above these levels while price stalls, or a daily close back under 82.6K, which would put the last two days of structure in question. I don't know yet whether 89.3K, the 78.6% retracement, gets tested this week or takes longer.

What I'm doing: not adding above 87.4K until funding tells a different story.
Which line are you watching, 82.6K holding or 89.3K getting tested?
