Why Are Some Altcoins Not Pumping With #BTC ?

#ETH is up 5.34%, #SOL 7.32%, $XRP 6.98%, while #SUI is already up 16.58%. #PEPE is up 23.75% and $FORM has exploded 37.67%. Meanwhile, $NEAR is only up 1.70%, while $AVAX and $ZEC are actually down.
Why such a big difference?
