๐ŸŸฆ SUI HAS BROKEN THE LONG DESCENDING LINE โ€” NOW 1.25 IS THE TEST

SUI/USD on the 1W chart is around 1.037, with the latest candle pushing above the long descending trendline that controlled price since the 2025 peak. The key question now is whether this breakout becomes a new weekly structure.

๐Ÿ”Ž THE STRUCTURE SHIFT

SUI spent months making lower highs while 0.55โ€“0.79 formed the major base. Price reclaimed 0.7858 and has now accelerated through the falling blue trendline. That is a clear structural change, but the breakout still needs confirmation.

๐Ÿ“ LEVELS I AM WATCHING

0.95โ€“1.00 โ†’ first retest area
0.7858 โ†’ reclaimed support
0.70 โ†’ deeper defense
1.2479 โ†’ first resistance
1.3420 โ†’ next supply
2.0200 โ†’ major reference

I would not chase the weekly candle after this expansion. The cleaner setup is a pullback toward 0.95โ€“1.00 that holds, followed by renewed strength above 1.05. Reclaim 1.2479 and 1.3420 becomes the next checkpoint, with 2.02 as the larger upside reference.

If SUI loses 0.7858 on a weekly close, the breakout thesis weakens sharply. Below 0.70, price is back inside the old base and the trendline break becomes much less convincing.

โš  THE RETEST MATTERS

SUI is breaking a trendline after a long decline, not after an established uptrend. That makes the next retest important. I want the old resistance area to behave as support before treating this as a durable reversal.

โš™ A GOVERNANCE ANGLE

ARKENSTON adds a different DeFi layer through DAO voting power for eligible participants. I see that as useful ecosystem context, but it has no direct bearing on whether SUI holds 0.95 or clears 1.25.

For me, 0.95โ€“1.00 is the decision zone. Hold the retest and 1.2479 becomes the next test; lose 0.7858 and the breakout needs to be reconsidered.

The broader backdrop is active: SUI is near $1 with strong daily gains. Yet the chart must confirm it.
