XRP’s story is becoming increasingly nuanced — and perhaps that is precisely what makes it interesting.
Ripple is steadily expanding its presence across payments, institutional liquidity, custody and tokenized financial infrastructure, while the XRP Ledger continues to evolve with new financial applications.
But there is an important distinction that deserves greater attention:
The expansion of Ripple’s financial infrastructure does not, by itself, determine how much value will ultimately accrue to XRP.
As RLUSD, institutional products and new XRPL applications develop alongside XRP, that question becomes increasingly relevant.
The next chapter of XRP may therefore be less about whether Ripple is gaining relevance, and more about how effectively this expanding ecosystem can translate into sustainable demand for its native asset.
That is the part of the XRP story I find most interesting right now.
