I haven't received any response from Binance, so I contacted them today. What should I do if they say they don't know about the exchange and say they have a response?

Can someone help me? Has anyone received a reward from Binance?
On August 29th, a server outage on the Binance exchange prevented me from liquidating my long positions, resulting in significant losses. Binance did not provide any compensation.
Binance server records show that trading information is normal, but is it normal for trading to be suspended and I can't do anything?
