Reward Structure
Basic Commission: Every eligible creator receives a 20% commission. This commission is one-time per trade.Bonus Commission: At the end of each week, Binance will rank all eligible creators based on the basic commission they earn, where the top 100 eligible creators of the week can earn a bonus commission as per the table below. Please note that the bonus commission is calculated and settled weekly.

Binance will calculate the commission rewards of each qualified creator at the end of each week, and distribute the weekly commission rewards in USDC to their Funding Accounts by the following Thursday at 23:59 (UTC). Each week runs from Monday 00:00 (UTC) to Sunday 23:59 (UTC). Weekly commission rewards will only be distributed to users when its value is ≥ 0.1 USDC. The final commission will be calculated based on the actual net trading fees incurred (excluding referral commission, VIP discounts, trading fee discounts when using BNB, API broker rebates, and other fee discounts).Users will not receive commissions from trades if any of the following conditions are met:Trades made by users who signed up via referral codes/links (including Referral Lite and Pro).Trades involving trading pairs that do not incur trading fees.Trades executed by market makers or brokers.API trades.Trades from stablecoin to stablecoin.Other conditions that trigger non-commissionable criteria.As there is zero trading fee for Convert trading, we will use an estimated fee rate of 0.1% of the trading volume to calculate the Convert trading fee commissions in this campaign.The current commission does not affect users’ referral commission. Параллельно открытый интерес на биржах сократился почти на 50%, число активных адресов снижается с начала февраля, а резервы ETH на централизованных площадках начали расти после нескольких месяцев устойчивого оттока.
В совокупности эти факторы указывают на то, что речь идёт не просто о стандартном откате. Импульс сместился, участие рынка ослабевает, а краткосрочные риски по-прежнему направлены вниз, если покупатели быстро не вернут цену выше утраченных уровней.
Обвал открытого интереса указывает на агрессивные ликвидации лонгов
Одним из самых явных сигналов текущего движения стало резкое сокращение открытого интереса. Показатель по Ethereum снизился примерно с $23 млрд до $11,3 млрд. Чтобы снижение продолжилось и ускорилось, открытый интерес должен начать расти уже со стороны шортов либо давление со стороны спотовых продавцов должно усилиться.
Снижение активных адресов отражает охлаждение рынка
Ончейн-метрики тоже указывают на ослабление динамики. Число активных адресов Ethereum достигло локального пика в начале февраля, но начало снижаться после 7 февраля.
Сейчас показатель опустился в район 520 000, лишь с небольшим отскоком 16 февраля. Падение числа активных адресов обычно говорит о снижении спекулятивной активности, уменьшении интенсивности транзакций и общем охлаждении интереса после ценового пробоя.

Резервы на биржах начали расти после месяцев оттока
В течение нескольких месяцев запасы Ethereum на централизованных биржах постепенно сокращались. Это считалось позитивным сигналом в долгосрочной перспективе, поскольку указывало на накопление и снижение немедленного давления со стороны продавцов.

Сейчас для ETH ближайшие уровни поддержки выглядят так:
$1,82–$1,85 тыс. — следующая зона недельного спроса$1,53 тыс. — ключевая макроструктурная поддержка
Недельный RSI опустился в район низких значений 30, приближаясь к зоне перепроданности. Однако бычьей дивергенции пока нет, а цена остаётся ниже пробитой поддержки.
Пока Ethereum не вернётся выше диапазона $2 150–$2 200, контроль над трендом остаётся у продавцов.
Дополнительное давление подтверждает недельный CMF, который снизился до -0,12. Это указывает на заметный отток капитала. При этом цена всё ещё удерживается над восходящей трендовой линией, которая одновременно выступает линией шеи в фигуре «голова и плечи». Это оставляет шанс на разворот, но пока преимущество остаётся на стороне медведей.
Уйдёт ли ETH ниже $1 800?
Медвежий сценарий начнёт терять силу только в том случае, если Ethereum вернётся выше зоны сопротивления $2 150–$2 200. Дополнительным подтверждением станет стабилизация открытого интереса и возобновление нисходящего тренда по биржевым резервам.
