A year ago, tokenized stocks were basically a science experiment. In June 2025 the whole market sat around $2M. Today, Solana alone holds roughly $716M in tokenized equities.
That is about 340x growth in 15 months, and it did not come from hype alone. Cumulative trading volume on Solana has crossed $12.4Bn ,with approx. $5.77B of it in Q2 2026 alone. Ondo brought 200+ stocks to the chain in January, and xStocks keeps pulling in the bigger share of the market.
Why Solana works for this: fast settlement, low fees, and trading that runs outside market hours. Those three things are hard to get from a traditional brokerage. The caveat: the June 2025 figure covers all chains, and the July 2026 number is derived from reported market share. Treat the exact curve as approximate. The direction is not in doubt.
are no longer a side narrative. They are becoming a core use case for the chain.
