💔 Have you ever thought about how blessed you would be if Allah granted you well-being, even if you lost every worldly blessing?

We ask for wealth, success, and happiness, but we must never forget to ask for one of the greatest blessings of all—the blessing without which every worldly happiness feels incomplete: Well-being (Aafiyah)! 🤲❤️

Aafiyah means good health, peace of heart, protection of faith, safety from hardships, and goodness in both this world and the Hereafter.

It is narrated from Abdullah ibn Umar (RA) that the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ never neglected to pray for well-being in the morning and evening.

🌿 A beautiful dua we should make every day:

اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَسْأَلُكَ الْعَافِيَةَ فِي الدُّنْيَا وَالْآخِرَةِ

🤲 Translation: O Allah, I ask You for well-being in this world and in the Hereafter.

Ya Allah! Grant us well-being that encompasses our bodies, hearts, faith, homes, provision, and the Hereafter through Your mercy. Protect us from the trials we cannot bear, and make us grateful servants of Yours in every circumstance. Ameen, Ya Rabb-ul-Alameen! ❤️
