APR 这根 24 小时的线跌了 24.68%，但真正变的是成交：从拉升高点的 5.30 亿美元缩到 2.98 亿，缩掉四成多。价格在跌，量在撤，费率却一分没退，4 小时结算仍钉在 +0.0050%。把价格推上来的钱走了，留下来扛单的多头还在按原价付费。
