Zcash ( $ZEC ) is back in the spotlight after a strong rebound, but I’m still cautious. We all know its unique selling point is true financial privacy using zk-SNARKs, a huge draw in today's surveillance age.
But here’s my concern: Regulatory scrutiny is increasing, and some exchanges have already delisted privacy coins. While ZEC offers optional transparency via view keys, will that be enough to satisfy global regulators in the long run?
I think the tech is groundbreaking, but the compliance risk is real. The recent price action is exciting, but I'm holding off on going all-in until we get more clarity on the legal front.
