#chinaseekstoseize61800btc 🚨 THE CONFISCATION EQUATION: CHINA CHASES 61,800 BTC 🚨 A massive international crypto battle is unfolding! Let’s break down the historic asset seizure using pure math 🧮👇 (UK Seizure) + (Chinese Law) = A $5.7 Billion Fraud Recovery 💰 Here is the exact formula driving the courtroom drama: The Crime Variable: ($5.7B Ponzi Scheme) = 102,000+ defrauded investors. The Recovery Output: (61,800 BTC) = Targeted for official confiscation by Chinese courts. The Breakdown: Chinese prosecutors have officially moved to confiscate over 61,800 Bitcoin tied to a massive 40.38 billion yuan ($5.7 billion) wealth management fraud. The scheme was run by Qian Zhimin, who fled to the UK in 2017 and is currently serving an 11-year and eight-month prison sentence in Britain. When UK authorities caught up with Qian, they seized a massive portfolio of illicit assets, including the 61,800 BTC. In a landmark decision, the UK High Court recently ruled that Chinese law will govern how victims claim ownership of this massive Bitcoin stash. Following this ruling, a Chinese court just opened a six-month window for defrauded investors to officially join the confiscation proceedings. How will this massive supply of seized Bitcoin eventually be liquidated?
