#EthereumHoodiTestnetGlamsterdamHardForkDelayed
elayed 🚨 ETH DELAYED!*
Ethereum just *DELAYED Glamsterdam on Hoodi Testnet* (was set for Oct 26)!
*Why?*
Security firm *ChainSecurity* found critical gas bug in EIP-8037 & EIP-8038.
Gas could be returned AFTER failed tx → contracts keep running when they should STOP.
Found *13 real-world cases* — could permanently delete user claims! 😱
*Impact:*
Hoodi testnet fork = INDEFINITELY DELAYED
Mainnet Glamsterdam (planned early Dec) now UNCERTAIN
Lido DAO already rolling back Hoodi contracts
EF says: Safety first. Mainnet contracts are SAFE, this is testnet only.
*
Bullish or Bearish for $ETH ?* This shows Ethereum devs care about security, not rushing. Long-term BULLISH.
What do you think — will Glamsterdam still launch in December?
