🔐 Nillion ($NIL ): Privacy Could Change How We Trade

One thing I find interesting about blockchain is that everything is built around transparency. But when it comes to trading, showing too much information too early can sometimes work against you.

That’s where Nillion comes in.

Its core product, Covenants, lets users create encrypted instructions that become accessible when specific conditions are met. With DUSK now live on Ethereum, Nillion is bringing this idea closer to real-world use.

Imagine setting up a trading instruction without revealing the details before the right moment. That could give traders more control over how their strategies are exposed.

Still, there’s something worth keeping in mind: hiding the instruction doesn’t necessarily hide all the activity around it on the blockchain. So, the real test is how well this privacy works in practice.

What interests me most is what developers will build with this technology. If Covenants prove useful and reliable, their potential could go beyond trading and reach many other applications.

I’m watching Nillion for more than just its price. The real question is whether it can turn privacy into something people genuinely need and use.

Do you think private execution could become a big part of DeFi, or does Nillion still have more to prove?
