According to PANews, the revision draft of the Anti-Money Laundering Law has been submitted for initial review to the Standing Committee of the 14th National People's Congress today. The revision draft, consisting of seven chapters and 62 articles, stipulates that the State Council's anti-money laundering administrative department will establish an anti-money laundering monitoring and analysis agency. This agency will be responsible for monitoring anti-money laundering funds and handling large transaction reports and suspicious transaction reports.
