Gold is sitting right around the 4,285 area after failing to reclaim the recent 4,327 resistance zone. With momentum still leaning weak on the 4H chart, the next few candles could decide whether this is simply a consolidation or the beginning of another move toward the lower range.

The 4H structure remains under pressure, with price trading around the Bollinger mid-band at 4,285 while the upper band is near 4,305 and the lower band sits around 4,264. The recent rejection from higher levels and the KDJ positioning suggest buyers have not fully regained control. A clean loss of the 4,264–4,260 area could open the way toward the previous swing low region, while reclaiming 4,305 would weaken the immediate bearish setup.
