$XLM is up 21.2% this week, sitting at $0.1923, and the move isn't just candle noise. network hit 3,351 TPS and buyers defended support right through it. that's usage showing up in the chain, not just bids stacking.
Protocol 28 is the piece i'm actually watching. it's an upgrade targeting network performance, and if it ships clean it gives the chain a real reason to hold this move instead of round tripping back to where it started.
my call: XLM keeps grinding higher into the Protocol 28 rollout as long as that TPS number holds or climbs. if transaction volume rolls over and TPS fades back down before the upgrade lands, this pump was just weekly momentum and i'm wrong.
