A little over a year ago, in July 2025, when the $MYX token exploded on BinanceAlpha, I was trading it for a reasonable profit. But one day, while trading futures, the market suddenly reversed and I lost more than I had made. I tried to recover my lost money and ended up losing even more. It was a trade that reminded me again and again that the market doesn’t always go exactly as I had predicted 😅. It went from 5 cents to 19 dollars 🚀🚀🚀. That's a 3700% increase 🤯. That's amazing. It had an amazing decline 😭 as well as an amazing rise. I haven’t seen the token since. But recently, I checked it and it went back to its original price 🤭. Well, that means I took a lot of training. announced on August 19 a new rule proposal called “Regulation Crypto Assets.” Atkins said the blockchain industry has long faced a key question: how can projects raise capital to develop crypto assets while the networks where they will be used are still being built, and remain compliant with federal securities laws?
The proposal would provide issuers of relevant investment contracts with a clear compliance path. Meanwhile, the SEC will continue supporting Congress as it advances the CLARITY Act.
