#ZetaChain token holders approved Proposal 68 to shut down the project’s #Layer1 blockchain and migrate to #Solana , with 99.4% voting in favor. Turnout reached 58%, surpassing the required 40% quorum, while opposition and abstentions each accounted for 0.3%. The team is shifting focus to its #AI app #Anuma , arguing it no longer needs a dedicated blockchain.

ZetaChain will remain operational while the team finalizes migration details. $ZETA will convert 1:1 into a Solana SPL token with the same ticker, supply, and vesting schedules, excluding tokens on #Ethereum and #BNBChain. A second proposal will determine the shutdown and snapshot block once exchanges confirm support, with no final date set yet.
