Golden Finance reported that the encryption platform Kraken announced the acquisition of the Dutch cryptocurrency broker Coin Meester BV (BCM). Founded in 2017, BCM is one of the registered cryptocurrency brokers in the Netherlands. The company offers services for buying, selling and staking cryptocurrencies, including access to over 170 cryptocurrencies and local financing channels. Completion of the proposed acquisition is subject to customary closing conditions, including receipt of required regulatory approvals.
