1. How do I order a Binance Card?
Existing Binance users in applicable countries can apply or register their interest in a Binance Card by either:
- Going directly to this link.
- Hover over [Finance] and click [Binance Visa Card] in the Binance homepage header.
- Alternatively, select [Card] in the footer of Binance.com.
To order a Binance Card, you must be KYC level 1 verified and live in an available country. See our list of available countries further down the page.
Starting the order process
Navigate to the Binance Card page as described above.
You will land on the following screen. Click [Order Card] to start the card application flow.
Carefully read the KYC Consent information and confirm your agreement.
After confirming, you will land on the Order Card page. Here you can choose the format of your name to appear on the card. Once you have confirmed your choice, click [Continue].
You will now find your details pre-filled out. Some information may be missing, such as a phone number or passport/driver license issue date that you will need to provide.
Click [Order Your Binance Card] to complete the process.
Upon successful registration, your Binance Virtual Card will be issued and remain valid until your physical card is activated.
2. Which countries are eligible for a Binance Card?
Binance card is available for our customers who live in any of the following countries:
Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Republic of Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden.
3. How do I update an incorrect shipping address?
When you are ordering a Binance Card, we will display the shipping address we are sending your Binance Card to and the billing address on file for the card. If this address is incorrect, please contact our Binance Customer Support for help.
You will need to provide a recent utility bill with your name and new address to update the account appropriately. Please keep in mind that if this address is not accessible via public records, we may need additional documents from you.
4. Why is the State field blank on the Binance Card order form?
You may notice that on your Binance Card order form, the “State” section is missing. Binance utilizes a third-party KYC provider, and there are some instances where the “State” data is not properly recorded. To complete the Binance Card order, you must input your state.
5. Why is the ID Issue Date field blank on the Binance Card order form?
You may notice that on your Binance Card order form, the “ID Issue Date” section is missing. Binance utilizes a third-party KYC provider, and there are some instances where the “ID Issue Date” data is not properly recorded. To complete the Binance Card order, you must enter the ID Issue Date by selecting the date from the drop-down menu. This date must match the ID you used during the KYC process. Failure to enter the correct information will result in a failed card order.
6. Why did my Binance Card order fail?
Your Binance Card order can fail for many reasons. We will send you an email specifying the exact reason that the card order failed. If you incur any costs during the Card order process, we will return those fees to you.
7. How long does it take to get my Binance Card?
Your Binance Virtual Card will be issued upon a successful order, meaning your KYC has passed, and you completed the card order process correctly.
We work hard to deliver your physical Binance card to your address as soon as possible, but there might be a delay with delivery due to the high demand.
8. When can I activate my Binance Physical Card?
Your Binance Physical Card activation button located in the Card Dashboard will be grayed out and inaccessible until the card’s status has transitioned from “Pending” to “Shipped’. Once the status is marked as “Shipped” you can press the [Activate] button.
9. How do I activate my Binance Virtual Card?
Your Binance Virtual Card, if successfully ordered, is activated upon issuance of the card in your Card Dashboard on Binance.com.
10. How do I activate my physical Binance Card?
You can activate your Binance Physical Card in the Binance.com Card Dashboard. To activate your card, please first log into your Binance account. After that, navigate to the Card Dashboard. Click the [Activate] button to begin the activation process.
First of all, you will need to input the four last digits of your physical card. Please make sure you take these four last digits from the physical Binance Card you just received. If everything is correct, we will prompt you to enter your CVV located on the back of your physical Binance Card. Once entered correctly, we will activate your physical Binance Card. Your four-digit PIN code will also be displayed. Remember your PIN for use where needed and for ATM access.
11. How can I order a replacement card?
After terminating your physical Binance Card or reporting it lost or stolen in the Card Dashboard, you have the option to order a new Binance Card. To order the replacement card, refer to the following instructions.
In the Card dashboard, click [Order New Card]. Verify and check your address we will use to deliver your card. Follow the instructions given in case you need to update your address.
After confirming your address, choose your payment method for the EUR 25 replacement fee. You may select any fiat or crypto asset from your Spot and Fiat wallet. We will automatically make a euro conversion if you choose to pay in crypto. The conversion rate is valid for 1 minute. In case you do not finalize your order within this timeframe, we will refresh the conversion rate.
