$ADA USDT: Is Cardano Preparing Another Drop?

Cardano is showing weak momentum, and the latest liquidation data adds another warning for leveraged buyers.

A $9.8796K LONG liquidation was recorded at $0.1808 on Binance.

Here is my trading strategy:

SHORT SETUP

- Entry Zone: $0.1835 – $0.1860
- Stop Loss: $0.1895
- TP1: $0.1765
- TP2: $0.1738
- TP3: $0.1712

LONG SETUP

- Buy Zone: $0.1885 – $0.1900 after breakout and successful retest
- Stop Loss: $0.1845
- TP1: $0.1930
- TP2: $0.1957
- TP3: $0.2000

TECHNICAL ANALYSIS

- RSI is around 33, showing weak momentum.
- MACD remains below its signal line.
- Price is trading below important moving averages.
- $0.1738 is an important downside support.
- $0.1885 is the key intraday resistance.

WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?

If ADA fails to recover resistance, sellers could push the price toward $0.1738.

However, if buyers reclaim $0.1885 with strong volume, a recovery toward $0.1930 and $0.1957 becomes possible.

MY TRADER VIEW

I would prefer a SHORT on a confirmed rejection rather than entering blindly. For LONG positions, I want to see buyers regain control first.

The market rewards patience, not emotional entries.

Can ADA defend $0.1800, or will sellers push it toward $0.1738?
