Ever seen the market this scared while $BTC barely flinches?

The Fear & Greed Index just crashed to 25 — Extreme Fear, the first reading that low since early August. Two days ago it sat at 50, dead neutral. The week did the damage: over $1B in leveraged positions liquidated, a hot jobs report pushing December hike odds toward 80%, and $412M out of spot ETFs on Friday alone.

Yet $BTC holds near $75,846, up about 0.2% on $20.7B in volume, with $ETH flat near $2,241. Liquidations cooled to about $165M in 24 hours, down from nearly $1B a day earlier.

The line that matters is $75,000, right on the 50-week average near $75,559. Hold it and this fear starts looking like the classic contrarian setup; lose $74,800 and the panic gets a second act, with October CPI due Tuesday.

Is this the kind of fear you buy, or the kind you wait out?
