Do you understand the latest trends in major cryptocurrencies and U.S. equities?

Following the conclusion of midterm election voting, the Democrats reportedly secured a landslide victory. However, the market had already experienced a sharp rally two days ago, triggering a massive short squeeze. Many traders began to believe that a new bull run was underway. ETH climbed as high as $2,449, posting an impressive 10% daily gain.

But the optimism didn't last long. After a brief period of sideways consolidation, Trump reportedly moved approximately $300 million worth of BTC. Does this signal potential selling pressure, or is it simply another routine transfer? Meanwhile, the Nasdaq took a sharp downturn, and crypto ETFs faced widespread outflows.

The previous rally was completely erased, while more than $1 billion in leveraged long positions were liquidated overnight.

From a technical perspective, BTC is also showing signs of weakness. The daily chart remains in a downtrend, with a clear pattern of lower highs. Does this suggest that short positions still have the upper hand?

Personally, I prefer to remain patient and wait for stronger confirmation before buying the dip. Tonight's U.S. Nonfarm Payrolls report could be a key catalyst for the next market move.

If major cryptocurrencies experience another sharp sell-off followed by a strong downside wick, it could present an attractive opportunity to accumulate at lower prices during this market cycle.

For now, patience and risk management remain the priority.
