Nubank has suspended cryptocurrency deposits and withdrawals in Brazil after an issue with an external service provider. According to Odaily, Nu Holdings said in a Friday statement that customer assets and information remain protected, the issue is unrelated to its infrastructure, and customer security is not at risk. The company did not name the provider or disclose how many customers were affected. It said its other cryptocurrency products continue to operate normally and that it has about 120 million customers in Brazil.
