$BTC — 95% restored, trust recovering?
Binance said it replenished about 95% of the assets hit in the $6.3B hack on 29 Oct, up from 90% on 31 Oct.
Withdrawals reopened in phases from 1 Nov, and BTC, ETH, BNB and SOL are fully backed, per Binance.
But $BTC is $76,058 today, down 5.71% in 24h, after touching $80,962.
Is the recovery enough to bring trust back, or is the market still waiting for the last 5%?
