BTCUSDT is showing absolute divergence from the bleeding tech sector right now. With fresh news that South Korea is delaying its digital asset tax until 2029, Asian liquidity just got the green light, and crypto is soaking up all the risk-on capital.

The Fundamental Backdrop
Traditional markets are puking semi-conductors and tech, but institutional money is actively treating crypto as an alternative safe haven. The South Korean tax delay is a massive fundamental tailwind, giving big players another reason to bypass traditional equities and park capital directly into digital assets.

Technical Perspective
We saw an aggressive V-shaped squeeze that completely blew past the US and Friday highs without a single pullback. Right now, it is coiling up tight around the 80,360 area, building a base right on the point of control. The structure is insanely bullish, and trapped shorts are feeling the heat.

POI (Entry Zone): 78,880 — 79,200
Target: 81,200 — 82,000

How I’m Trading This
Before we push higher to take out the current week high and eventually tag the last week high, I expect a pullback. We went straight up yesterday with zero retracement, so a healthy dip is completely logical here.

Buying right now at the top of the range is way too risky. I am waiting for them to drag it down toward the 78,880 to 79,200 zone. I think they flush it down there right around the US open to clean out the late longs, and that is exactly where I am looking to step in. Just let them run the stops first, then we bid that dip for the next leg up.
