$ELSA on 15 minutes looking bearish as it's making lower highs while moving in a pattern with a lower support ( holding strongly ) if it breaks up we can see a structure shift to bullish and will move so high.
But if it follows this bearish structure it will going down to make new ALL TIME LOW.
