🚨 BITCOIN REBOUNDS TOWARD $81K — BUT IS THE RECOVERY STRONG ENOUGH TO CONFIRM A BOTTOM? ⚠️
#BTC has bounced from the $75,700 area and moved back toward $81,000. While this recovery shows renewed buying interest, one strong move does not automatically signal a confirmed trend reversal.
Here are four factors I'm watching before turning bullish:
📉 1. Resistance Remains a Key Challenge
Bitcoin still needs to overcome important resistance levels. The recent bounce looks encouraging, but buyers must demonstrate that they can sustain the momentum.
💰 2. Bitcoin ETF Flows Are Sending Mixed Signals
U.S. spot Bitcoin ETFs reportedly recorded around $115.6 million in net outflows on November 3, followed by approximately $35.1 million in inflows on November 4.
This suggests changing investor sentiment rather than a clear, sustained inflow trend.
🌍 3. Macroeconomic Events Could Drive Volatility
Upcoming U.S. economic releases, including NFP, CPI, PPI and Retail Sales, alongside FOMC minutes, could influence market direction.
The U.S. dollar index (DXY), Treasury yields and Nasdaq performance are also worth monitoring.
🗳️ 4. Political Developments Need Perspective
Although U.S. midterm election results may influence market sentiment, I wouldn't treat the political outcome alone as a bearish signal. Broader economic conditions and investor positioning matter too.
📊 BTC Levels I'm Watching
🔻 Below $75.7K: Downside pressure could increase.
🔼 Above $81K–$82K: Buyers need to establish a sustained breakout.
🎯 $74K: My downside level of interest if selling pressure returns.
My Take:
I'm staying cautious despite Bitcoin's recovery. A deeper correction remains possible, but it is not guaranteed. I'd rather wait for stronger confirmation from price action and market data than rush into a bullish position.
What do you think? Is Bitcoin beginning a genuine recovery, or are we witnessing another temporary relief bounce?
