XRP Ledger monitoring showed that the network activated fixCleanup3_4_0 at 22:52 Beijing time on November 4 to close a vulnerability. Under specific conditions, accounts authorized only to destroy issuer tokens could also create tokens. The flaw affected assets issued on XRP Ledger, including stablecoins, but not XRP itself. No exploitation cases are currently publicly confirmed.
