Good news for Liquid users! SideSwap says Liquid's reserves once again fully back every L-BTC with an equivalent amount of Bitcoin, restoring the 1:1 backing.
However, there's still an important limitation.
Direct withdrawals through the Federation remain restricted. SideSwap is currently processing customer withdrawals using its own BTC wallet, and some orders may have to wait for manual wallet refills.
This is a positive step toward restoring confidence, but the withdrawal process still needs improvement.
