TETHER HELD 50,000 UNREPORTED BTC
🚨 Everyone watched the election map last night. Almost nobody noticed Tether's CEO confirming the company holds 150,000 BTC, about 50,000 more than its reserve report showed (Yahoo Finance, Nov 3).
1. The full stash is worth $11.5 billion. The extra 50,000 coins sat outside every reserve report until this week.
2. Investors pulled $1.3 billion from bitcoin and ethereum ETFs in two days. ETH ETFs logged their worst month since the 2024 launch (24/7 Wall St., Nov 3).
3. Kalshi and Polymarket show Democrats' odds of taking both houses of Congress climbing fast. Nasdaq 100 futures fell 1.3% on the early count.
My take: $BTC closes above $76,000 this Friday, Nov 6. Tether does not sit on 50,000 unreported coins during a distribution phase. That is accumulation behavior, and Galaxy's Alex Thorn drew the same line: a break below $76,000 ends his bull case.
What to watch: $76,388 at today's US session open. Lose that low and $76,000 gets tested within 24 hours. Hold it and the ETF outflow fear fades.
