BINANCE WITHDRAWALS: PHASE 2 IS UNDERWAY. CHECK THE NETWORK, NOT JUST THE TOKEN.

Binance has published Security Incident Recovery Update #6, announcing that withdrawals for additional assets and networks would begin reopening at 04:00 UTC on November 3 — 11:00 PM EST on November 2.
The rollout is progressive. Not every asset/network pair becomes available simultaneously, and traffic may cause temporary delays.
What users need to know
BSC: The announced list includes BTC, ETH, XRP, ADA, SOL and DOT, among many other assets.
Ethereum: Additional assets include ENA, PENDLE, WLD, LINK and others.
Solana: The list includes assets such as RENDER, RAY, PENGU, JUP and WIF.
Other networks: SUI, Arbitrum, Optimism, TRON and Base also have announced asset/network combinations.
Deposits: Binance says deposit services remain open and are unaffected by this withdrawal-restoration phase.
These are announced restoration plans, not a guarantee that every listed withdrawal is live at the moment you read this.
Three practical checks before transferring
Verify the precise network and asset pair on the live withdrawal page.
Confirm the destination address and network compatibility.
Check the transaction status and current network conditions before initiating a transfer.
Binance states that it will bear the financial impact of the stolen funds. The FBI separately attributed the attack to North Korea-linked TraderTraitor.

WEALTH ENGINE TAKEAWAY

Restoring withdrawals is operational progress. It is not, by itself, proof that every security risk has been resolved.
Question: Which measure would most improve your confidence in an exchange after a major security incident: independently verifiable reserves, a successful withdrawal test, or an independent security audit?
