₿ 4 for 4.

Bitcoin has been higher 12 months after EVERY US midterm since it was born. Today is test number 5.

📊
Election day vs one year later:

1. 2010: about $0.19 to about $3.26, +1,580%. Tiny, illiquid early market, so treat it as a fun fact, not a signal.

2. 2014: about $330 to about $405, +23%. But it first fell about 47% to near $176 in Jan 2015.

3. 2018: about $6.4K to about $9.4K, +45%. It first sank about 51% to near $3.2K in Dec 2018.

4. 2022: about $18.5K to about $35.8K, +93%. Its low was about 15% lower, as FTX collapsed.

The real story is the halving clock, not politics: the 2014, 2018 and 2022 midterms all landed about 17 to 20 months before a halving, right near cycle bottoms.

2026 is different: the last halving was April 2024, so this midterm sits mid cycle, not at a bottom. Like stocks (19 for 19 since 1950), the trend held, but 4 data points prove nothing. Not financial advice.

Is Bitcoin's 4 for 4 a real pattern, or just the halving cycle in disguise?
