The balance dropped from 15,000 $BTC to around 7,500 BTC and now worth about $580M after Binance used part of the fund to cover hack-related losses.
That puts SAFU below its usual $800M refill threshold. Binance has promised to restore it to roughly $1B, but no timeline has been given.
