That double top, followed by a fall to $0.000452, gives a clean short zone, with the first target at $0.000440, then $0.000428, and $0.000415 if sellers keep control.
Invalidation: a 1H close above $0.000483 breaks the double top and voids this idea — do not hold the short past that.
