Futures volume jumped, but positioning barely moved. That's churn, not conviction.

Per CoinDesk, crypto futures volume rose 56% in 24 hours to $111.8 billion, yet open interest held near $137.1 billion. Liquidations climbed 77% to $140.2 million, and market orders were almost evenly split between buys and sells.

My take: traders are trading the headlines but not committing size before the US midterms. A quiet OI often precedes a sharp move either way.

Do you expect the next big move in $BTC to come before or after the midterms? And is $ETH more likely to follow?
