I've been watching the Binance hack wallets since Oct 29, and the one stash everyone assumed was stuck finally moved this morning.

The XRP wallet that received 233.46M $XRP in the Oct 29 breach sent its first outbound transfers early today: two 40M XRP payments, just 50 seconds apart (03:55 and 03:56 UTC), to unknown wallets — roughly $101M combined at the prices of the time. On-chain records show further tranches followed within minutes, and the wallet now holds under 24 XRP.

This is the piece of the $6.3B heist that couldn't be frozen. Issuers and partners helped freeze roughly $3B of the stolen assets elsewhere, but XRP has no issuer kill-switch — it could only be watched, never stopped. Now the watch is over and the trail is live.

The open question is what happens when these coins surface: can exchanges realistically block them, or does this trail go cold from here? Watching the next hops closely — DYOR, this is a developing story, not a signal.
