Withdrawals resumed in phases from Nov 1
Attribution:
TRM Labs & Chainalysis linked it to North Korea's TraderTraitor group with high confidence. Attack via compromised DevOps laptop + EIP-7702 delegation.
Binance will cover all losses from SAFU + Treasury + Insurance Fund. Proof of Reserves update on Nov 2.
Bitcoin was not hacked - it was an exchange breach.
