Two dates now matter more than any price guess: 3 November, and the still undated phase two. 📰

Binance has published a new proof of reserves snapshot taken on 31 October, with the full cryptographic proof expected by 3 November, while no date has been given yet for the second withdrawal phase. Source: CoinCentral, 1 November. The exchange says coverage rose from 80 percent, then 90 percent, to about 95 percent, using company funds, part of its SAFU reserve and extra futures insurance money. 📊 My reading is simple. A snapshot is a claim, a full proof is evidence, and traders should wait for the second one before treating the incident as closed.

Will the 3 November proof settle the doubt, or will phase two delays keep fear alive? 🤔
