$BTC finally poked its head out of that 77k-77.9k box today, tagging 78,231 on the 4h and holding around 78k as I write. Still a long way from the ~81.9k level it dumped from earlier this week, but the candles are stepping higher again.

On the NanoTrading Fire chart (4h, liquidation heatmap) the brightest band is sitting right overhead at roughly 78.6k-79.0k, with more clusters near 79.8k and 81k. Under price there's a thinner strip at 77.2k-77.3k and a stronger one around 76.2k, right where the last wick bottomed. POC is still way up at ~81.7k and VAL near 79.7k, so price is trading below value.

Futures data: about 71% of Binance accounts are long (ratio 2.50), top trader positions at 1.67, funding flat at +0.01%. OI ticked up from roughly 96.9k to 97.4k BTC (~$7.59B) over the last 4h, so a bit of fresh positioning is coming in with this push.

My plan: a clean 4h close above 79k likely runs those liqs and opens the 80k area. If $BTC gets rejected inside 78.6-79k, I expect a drift back to 77.2k, and 76.2k is the line that matters for the crowded longs. Not chasing here, waiting for the band to resolve 👀

Do you think 79k breaks this week, or is this another fake-out?

NFA, just my own chart notes.
