On Oct 17 and 26 alone, two withdrawals from Poloniex sent $48.76 MILLION in PEPE. Sun had only $267,000 worth before Oct. 17.
Sun also moved $77 MILLION worth of stablecoins to Poloniex during October 15 to October 25.
Only exchange wallets have larger balances. Arkham’s analysis identified no other individual holder with a greater stake than his 2.82%.
