Deposits remain fully operational. Withdrawals are paused while we complete a comprehensive security revamp of the withdrawal service and related addresses. We remain on track to resume within the previously communicated ~48-hour window and will confirm the exact timing shortly.
Our investigation confirms a complex attack that began with a compromised endpoint and involved unauthorized withdrawal transactions. There is no evidence of private-key compromise. We have frozen ~$3B on-chain with ecosystem partners and reserved over $6.34B in company funds to cover every confirmed shortfall through the SAFU fund and company resources. User funds are safe.
We are working non-stop with law enforcement and industry partners on tracing, freezing, and recovery. A full technical post-mortem and updated Proof of Reserves will be published once remediation is complete.
