October 30 and $MUU Is Still Falling. Here’s the Latest Update.

The pressure on Micron did not stop yesterday.

Today, memory stocks are still weak even after Sandisk reported strong earnings.

The latest problem is bigger than Micron itself.

Amazon’s($AMZN ) higher AI spending has brought back concerns about how much Big Tech is spending on data centers and whether those huge investments will generate enough returns. Intel also warned about weak PC demand, adding more pressure on memory-chip stocks.

This comes after yesterday’s selloff, when Samsung’s profit missed expectations and Microsoft and Alphabet reported lower-than-expected capital spending. That pushed investors to become more cautious about the AI and memory-chip trade.

For MUU, that pressure gets amplified.

MUU is the Direxion Daily MU Bull 2X ETF, designed to target around 2x Micron’s DAILY move. So when $MU drops, MUU can fall roughly twice as hard.

$MU and SNDK are the main names I’d watch now.

The interesting part is that memory demand itself still looks strong. The market is simply questioning whether expectations became too high.

If Micron stabilizes, MUU can bounce fast.

But while memory stocks keep selling off, the 2x leverage makes every red move much more painful.

Same sector, second red day, but today’s pressure has a fresh reason 👀
