Risk Management: The Real Secret of Trading
Good traders do not win because they are always right. They survive because they protect their capital when they are wrong.
Do this:
✅ Risk only a small part of your capital on one trade, so one loss cannot finish you.
✅ Always decide your stop-loss before you enter, and respect it.
✅ Use small, sensible leverage, and keep most of your capital safe.
✅ Take a break after a loss instead of trading again in anger.
Do NOT do this:
❌ Do not risk everything on one coin, one trade, or one tip.
❌ Do not trade without a stop-loss, hoping the price will come back.
❌ Do not use very high leverage just to win big in one trade.
❌ Do not chase a loss by doubling your next trade.
One common mistake: using too much leverage. A small price move against a highly leveraged trade can wipe out the whole position, even when the trader's idea was not completely wrong. The better move is simple: trade a size you can afford to lose, keep your leverage low, and let a good plan work over many trades instead of gambling on one.
Success does not come in one day. It comes from discipline, patience, risk management and learning every day.
